Free Stuff at the Fit For Life Expo

Just wanted to let everyone klnow that if you come to the Club on Friday we will be going to the Fit For Life Expo at Century II. The Club will start transporting after lunch. There will be lots of cool exersice equipment and information on wellness, as well as free stuff! There is no cost as long as you come to the club.
